2025 Irrigation Guidelines
The District's reclaimed irrigation system will be placed back in service on Monday - April 21, 2025. Please make sure that any drain valves on your individual irrigation system, downstream of the irrigation meter in the front yard, are closed prior to this date.
Homeowners are reminded to not manipulate the irrigation curb stop or the equipment contained in the irrigation meter pit in the front yard of each home.
The District provides a reclaimed water irrigation system for use at all residential properties and open spaces within the development. Reclaimed water use is regulated by the Colorado Department of Health & Environment and each system user is responsible to annually review the District’s Reclaimed Water Use Guides. Prior to using the reclaimed water irrigation system, each homeowner / resident is required to review the District’s Reclaimed Water Guides, available on this website at:

For 2025 the District has implemented the following irrigation restrictions:
- Irrigation of landscaped areas shall be limited to no more than three (3) days per week.
- Homes with addresses ending in an odd number shall only irrigate on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
- Homes with addresses ending in an even number shall only irrigate on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.
- Residential irrigating is not permitted on Friday.
- Irrigation shall not take place between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
- Runoff of irrigation water is not permitted. Please ensure that your irrigation system timers are adjusted – set to only irrigate on the correct days of the week and that individual zones are timed to prevent overwatering and runoff of irrigation water.
